Mobile Banking
Now Available: A New Mobile Banking Experience
Beginning May 20, 2019, Mobile Banking users will be prompted to download a new app when attempting to log into TouchBanking. The new app includes a refreshed look and feel designed specifically for Farmers & Merchants Bank & Trust, including the logo and colors you have come to associate with us. Once you have downloaded the new app, you can delete TouchBanking.
What's Changing
- The app icon will feature the FMBT logo on a blue background.
- The app name will be FMBT Mobile Banking instead of TouchBanking.
- You will no longer need to enter an App Code when logging in for the first time from a new device.
What's Not Changing
- Your User ID and Password are not changing
- You do not need to re-enroll for Mobile Banking
- All transactions and payments authorized prior to the change will occur as scheduled
- All the features and functionality you are used to will continue to be available in the new app, including:
- Account transaction history
- Transfers between accounts
- Payments to your FMBT loans
- Paying bills or people with Bill Pay and Popmoney
- Mobile Deposits will continue to be available in a separate app. Learn More
Not Yet Enrolled?
Getting started is easy. Here's how to enroll in Mobile Banking today:
- Download the FMBT Mobile Banking app directly from the AppStore or Google Play store. You can either search for “FMBT Mobile Banking” in your smartphone’s native app store, or tap either of the icons below if you’re viewing this page on your smartphone.
- Click "First Time User? Enroll Now."
- Enter all the information requested on the form.
- If you are not already enrolled in Online Banking, you will be prompted to choose a username and password. Enrolling in Mobile Banking will automatically enroll you in Online Banking as well.
- Log in to the app using your newly created username and password.
