What to Expect
Business customers who will be converted to the new Business Online Banking platform will be contacted by a Relationship Banker for their initial setup. You will be asked to provide one Senior Administrator from your company. The bank will enroll the Senior Administrator, and then contact them with the Username and Password. The Senior Administrator will then be able to log in, change their password, and enroll and maintain additional users as needed. Relationship Bankers are also available to assist with user administration.
All of the account history you have accessed online in the past will continue to be available in the new system. In addition, all payees for existing Bill Pay users will also be transferred to the new system. However, bill payment history, recurring payments, and recurring or scheduled internal transfers will not be transferred to the new system. You will need to re-establish any scheduled or recurring bill payments and internal transfers you previously set up to or from your business accounts in Online Banking.
eStatements will continue to be available. However, you will need to re-enroll any business accounts that currently receive eStatements in the new system to continue receiving them electronically.
At this time, Account Alerts are not available in Business Online Banking. Please note that any Account Alerts you've set up in the old system will not be available going forward.
Your business accounts will no longer be accessible in the FMBT Mobile Banking app. However, a new FMBT Business Mobile Banking app is now available from the AppStore and Google Play store. You will need to download the new app and enroll in FMBT Business Mobile Banking if you wish to access your business account on your mobile device.
