Random Act of Kindness Day 2020
Posted On: February 20, 2020 by Farmers & Merchants Bank & Trust in: Community
February 17, 2020 was Random Act of Kindness Day. Since it was also Presidents' Day (a non-banking day), FMBT was closed to conduct all staff training. As part of a team building exercise, FMBT staff were sent out in teams throughout Marinette, Menominee, Peshtigo, and Crivitz. Equipped with a little bit of cash and a whole lot of heart, they were tasked with performing as many random acts of kindness as they could in a two hour period. This was a surprise for both our staff as well as the recipients of the acts of kindness. Here are just a few of the DOZENS of acts of kindness our teams came up with:
Lu Dittrich, Angie Salewsky, and Raeanne Klatt bought and delivered cleaning supplies to the Rainbow House |

What a wonderful project this is, I’m sure the employees enjoyed participating as much as the those who were on the receiving end. Great job!
